   I badly need your help regarding the Two (2) billion pesos SONA projects for Mountain Province. The DPWH-CAR has already started a systematic Corruption and Mt. Province will eventually loose around Seven Hundred Million Pesos P700,000,000.00 of the funds to the pocket of these corrupt people. Programs of work were Pre-planned to be so Bloated with Hidded items going for ghost collections, Simulated bidding thru collusion of Contractors and/or with DPWH, Gross Overpricing, etc.
   I just read the column of Jarius Bondoc regarding your strong recommendation of the NIA anomaly.
   Our case here is worst than the World Bank Anomaly and the NIA Anomaly will look peanuts here. We can prove beyond reasonable doubt these anomaly.
   I will be sending your Good Office documents to start with immediately.

   Uhm puwede po magrequest , updates naman po sa LRT-South Extension ? 0 sa MRT 7, pati na rin sana sa Northrail (bulacan part sa meycauayan at caloocan) wala na kasi updates eh.. I hope you could help
